Out-of-court dispute resolution (ADR)

If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you have the right to take it to an out-of-court dispute-resolution body free of charge. The competent body for consumer disputes arising from our services is Česká obchodní inspekce (Czech Trade Inspection Authority), Ústřední inspektorát — oddělení ADR: coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr · adr@coi.gov.cz.

This right, and our duty to tell you which body is competent, arise from Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on Consumer Protection. They are not something a trader opts into.

Note on the EU ODR platform: the European Commission's former online dispute-resolution platform has been discontinued and no longer accepts complaints. Use the ČOI route above.
